Role Summary
A dynamic Business Analyst role focusing on driving technology initiatives and process improvements in the Fintech sector, with emphasis on AI and automation.

FORMS International is a cross-border Fintech Thought Leader and Enabler, serving financial institutions globally as the international arm of FORMS SYNTRON, with a team of over 2,000 Fintech talents.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate on AI/automation use cases for business process improvement
• Lead business process reengineering initiatives
• Coordinate team progress and support change management
• Provide data-driven insights and transformation support
• Manage project documentation, status reports, and risk management
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
• Proficiency or strong willingness to learn AI/automation in finance
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships welcome
Preferred Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Certifications in PMP, CBAP, or Business Process Modeling
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Prior experience in Finance transformation
